We offer free shipping on all orders above 330 AUD for delivery within Australia and 650 AUD for international delivery.
Shipping times is effected by COVID +3 days on domestic shipping, and +7 days on International

We do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from the day you place your order, provided the order is in stock. Pre-orders will require manufacturing time being a minimum of 7 working days and maximum of 14 working days with the dispatch of your order as soon as the item is complete within that timeframe.
Orders sent to a destination outside Australia may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. All fees regarding local customs, including handling, duties and taxes, will be sent to you directly from the courier.
All order are fully traceable with your tracking I.D provided upon dispatch.
It costs $2.75 AUD (including GST) per $100.00 AUD of your parcel’s value. Please note that the value of your item is determined by its purchase price as detailed on the merchant’s invoice.
Extra Cover is available to items valued up to $5,000 AUD. It covers against loss, theft or damage of your parcel while being shipped by Australia Post.
Items valued over $2,500 USD will be subject to an additional customs clearance procedure in the USA, and in this instance ShopMate will provide you with a Shipper’s Export Declaration Form (SED) to complete.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns. We offer you 14 days of return from the day you receive your package.
Returns are at your own expense.
If you wish to return your item(s), please follow the guideline below.
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS :
1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the returned package. If you cannot find the return form, you can download it here (add hyperlink to the return form via your website) When returning an item, you can easily reuse the bag it was sent in.
2. All items must be returned unused with price tags and in original packaging.

4. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop.
5. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for purchase.
6. The responsibility for the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered on the listed return address. For your own safety, please keep your postage receipt with tracking number until you have received your refund.
At the moment, we cannot offer exchanges. If a different size is available for your item please place a new order for the right one, or get in touch with us for a preorder of style or size.
