Black open shirt dress, with front ties. Made from waffle weave cotton. As the fabric is slightly heavy it can be worn as an layer like a light jacket, or by it self as a dress/shirt with a skirt or pants. The ties can be styled as a bow or wrapped around the waist to creat a different silhuette.
